Sheetz, a regional convenience store and gas station chain, has announced a 40-cent per gallon reduction in the price of Unleaded 88 fuel at 505 of its locations. This promotion is set to run through the end of November, aligning with the Thanksgiving holiday travel period.

The timing of this discount aligns with AAA’s forecast predicting a record-breaking 80 million Americans will travel for Thanksgiving, with nearly 90% expected to drive.
Unleaded 88, also known as E15, is a fuel blend containing 15% ethanol and 85% gasoline. It is approved by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency for use in all vehicles manufactured in 2001 or later. While it offers a higher ethanol content, which can be more environmentally friendly, drivers should consult their vehicle’s owner manual to ensure compatibility.
Sheetz operates 750 locations across Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Virginia, Maryland, Michigan, Ohio, and North Carolina. Customers should check the Sheetz app or website to verify if their local station offers the discounted Unleaded 88 fuel.
