On the final day of the 2024 campaign season, former President Trump and Vice President Kamala Harris hit the trail in swing states to deliver remarks at their final rallies.
Vice President Harris will campaign at a late-night rally in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She spent the entirety of Monday campaigning across the Commonwealth, speaking to crowds of voters.
In front of the Carrie Furnaces, a historic steel facility in Pittsburgh, Harris said, “This is it. Tomorrow is Election Day, and the momentum is on our side.”
Harris will be joined in Philadelphia on Monday evening by Lady Gaga and Oprah Winfrey at the Philadelphia Museum of Art.
Former President Trump visited Pennsylvania and North Carolina on his final day of campaigning, including an event at PPG Arena in Pittsburgh. He will hold his final rally in Grand Rapids, Michigan where he concluded his 2016 and 2020 campaigns.
At a Monday rally in Reading, Pennsylvania, Trump said, “If we win Pennsylvania, we win the whole ball of wax.” With 19 electoral votes, Pennsylvania is one of the most critical battleground states that will likely decide the presidential election.
After Trump’s visit to Reading, Harris followed suit. Trump’s visit detailed his plan to curb illegal immigration, while Harris hammered Trump for the comments about Puerto Rico made by a comedian at his previous New York rally. Both Harris and Trump will hold their final rallies of the campaign around 11:00 pm EST on Monday night.
